Hosted by Wien Hafen and the ThinkPort Vienna port innovation institute, this event will mark the culmination of an ambitious study launched in January 2023 to support European inland ports in their ecological and digital transition.
Since the start of the project, HAROPA PORT's International and European Relations Department has actively monitored the work, participating in various workshops in Paris and Brussels and hosting a field visit to the port of Gennevilliers in 2024 for the consultants in charge of the study.
On November 27, Tommaso Spenevello, Head of European Affairs, will participate in the session titled Digitalisation Masterplan for Inland Ports and Terminals. Alongside leading stakeholders from the transport community, he will discuss the current digitalisation status of ports and terminals and explore pathways towards improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
