My KPIs : dynamic indicators for containerised goods throughput 

Since 2019, on an exclusive basis, HAROPA PORT and SOGET have been publishing My KPIs, which is a web module for dynamic measurement of mean levels of performance with respect to containerised goods passage for IMPORT and EXPORT at HAROPA PORT | Le Havre terminals. It is updated every month.

My KPIs is accessible to all. The module:

• tracks – stage by stage – the average time taken by your containers to go through HAROPA PORT | Le Havre terminals,
• Compares your times to the mean value for the port.
   

A short description of the module:

• Logistic, administrative, commercial and customs port handling stages:
  • Imports: ship arrival / unloading / carrier identification / Customs OK / exit authorisation / physical exit from the goods handling terminal.

  • Exports: container arrival at the goods handling terminal / Customs OK / loading on board

     

• Terminal exits and entries via road / rail / river.
• Container volume figures: dry / reefer / hazardous.
• Archived statistics since 2014.

The data produced by SOGET’s PCS S)ONE software are updated every month.

With the intention of helping its customers build a more granular, real-time vision of their performance, HAROPA PORT offers S)ONE members a customised My KPIs module as an effective resource for managing their own flows.

All indicators are available for both imports and exports and for the three modes for goods pre- and post-port shipment by road, rail and river.
