For this new edition, HAROPA PORT will be present at three conferences :

  • Kris Danaradjou, Development director, participates to a round table on Tuesday, march 28th intituled "river and rail, time for an alternative". He will present the solutions offered by HAROPA PORT to convince shippers to switch their logistics chains to river or rail;
  • Stéphane Raison, managing director and chairman of the Board of HAROPA PORT, will speak on Wednesday, march 29th at the opening conference of Maritime Day. This will be an opportunity for him and the players present to discuss the prospects and trends in maritime transport in the current economic, energy and geopolitical context;
  • Jean Plateau, director of the Gennevilliers agency, will be present at the round table discussion " Inland waterways at the service of urban logistics " on Wednesday, march 29th at 1.40 pm. This conference will provide an opportunity to discuss the development potential of logistics that meet the challenges of decarbonisation. Jean Plateau will discuss the agreement signed between HAROPA PORT and the City of Paris. It aims to strengthen their links, particularly with regard to activities using transport in areas where navigation is possible, while ensuring that the mix of uses on the quays is not hindered more than necessary. Examples of urban river logistics such as Ikea in Paris or Green Deliriver confirm the attractiveness and economic relevance of this solution in Ile-de-France and Greater Paris.
