development, logistics : Low-carbon logistics platform V.PARK to be established in Le Havre

On 5 February 2026, the symbolic planting of the first tree at V.PARK Le Havre, developed by the real-estate promoter VIRTUO INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY, marked the start of construction of this future low-carbon logistics platform. Located in the Pont de Normandie 2 Logistics Park (PLPN 2), at the heart of the HAROPA PORT estate, the project fully supports the ecological transition of the port territory.

A next-generation, environmentally-focused logistics site

With a total area of 23,000 m², V.PARK Le Havre has been designed to meet the highest environmental standards, aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification, an internationally recognised label for environmental performance.

This innovative and low-carbon project – aligned with the commitments of both HAROPA PORT and VIRTUO, a mission-driven company specialising in responsible logistics property – will incorporate:

  • photovoltaic solar panels on the roof, to generate renewable energy,
  • a rainwater harvesting system,
  • low-consumption LED lighting,
  • equipment to support energy efficiency and reduced carbon footprint.

First major tenant already confirmed

Demonstrating the site’s strong logistical appeal, 16,000 m² of the future facility has already been allocated to DISTRIMEX, a local specialist in pharmaceutical distribution and export. The company chose V.PARK Le Havre in line with its own sustainability commitments.

A project that combines performance and quality of life

The planting of the first tree symbolises the shared commitment of the partners to reconcile logistics development, environmental preservation, and landscape integration from the very start of the construction process.

Delivery of V.PARK Le Havre is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
