It was on the Castoro XI pontoon that the first three gravity-based foundations reached the future Fécamp offshore wind farm. Assisted by three tugs, this huge convoy firstly jumped over the François 1er lock before to sail away on Saturday July 30 at the end of the day.

A total of 71 gravity-based foundations will gradually leave the Bougainville terminal to reach their future immersion site.

A titanic transport made possible thanks to the marine expertise of Le Havre port community: harbor master's office, tugs and pilots services.
