One Trust is the only, of a series of six 20,170 TEU container ships, to be equipped with this device.

The installation was carried out at the Quindao Beihai Sjipyard in China, this equipment should improve aerodynamics of the container ship, while reducing fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

This experiment is part of the shipowners' energy transition strategy by reducing their fuel consumption and their greenhouse gas emissions. It also demonstrates the efforts made by maritime transport to reduce its carbon footprint.

The ONE Trust is part of the Asia-Europe Far East Loop 2 service (FE2) of THE Alliance which positions HAROPA PORT as the first continental port affected by imports and which connects Asia to the first port in France.

The handling operations were carried out at the Générale de Manutention Portuaire (GMP) terminal.
